An innovative technology
If our fillets are outstanding, it is thanks to umisation, an in-house technology that gives our plant-based fillets a unique texture.Our process enables us to closely mimic meat’s texture providing consumers with a unique tasting experience.

They also work in close collaboration with the marketing department to develop products that are consumer centric and truly address consumers needs.
A large-scale
French
production
In October 2023, we plan to begin production of the world’s first plant-based whole cuts factory, capable of producing any type at large scale.
The 14,000m2 Umiami factory will ultimately be able to produce up to 22,000 tons of plant-based meat and fish alternatives per year.
